Domaine Octavie Touraine Sauvignon is Pale platinum in colour. Very fragrant. Grass and herbaceous notes combined with crushed gravel as well as lemon, lime and melon fruits. Light bodied, higher acidity. Paired very nicely with a chicken, artichoke and kale pesto pasta dish.
